With Hizzil.com, Sellers add their house as a "Invitation" - private - home sellers search the pre-qualified home buyers as Wishlists and send Invitation to their Realtor.
Hizzil.com is the other half of the Real Estate Market and to be used in correlation with Seller Listing sites.

Invite buyers and their Realtor and start with the price you believe it is worth. Follow a discounted/selling timeframe. 3rd party websites offer market valuations.

Two ways: Your realtor can share their Realtor Profile link with you to create a Wishlist. (or) In your Buying Portal - Add Wishlist and search Realtor's name in the "My Realtor" field.
Buyers search and apply for loans. Once ready for qualification, Add your Lender to your Wishlist. Your lender will be able to qualify your Wishlist.

Write commission into the sales contract. This responsibility is solely on each Realtor. All sellers on Hizzil have agreed to a 3% commission or mutually agreed upon commission.
By Sharing their Realtor Profile Page. Each Realtor is given their own profile page / link that they can share with their Buying clients. When a buyer creates a wishlist from your profile page, it will lock you in as their Realtor. Additionally, the buyer can always edit their Wishlist to tag you as their Realtor.
No, you can Not create a wishlist on your buyer's behalf. Buyer's always have the option to choose their preferred Realtor.
Members can cancel anytime by deleting their Paypal subscription, via Paypal.com. Cancelling your account subscription will de-activate buying wishlists and Loans. As long as you do not delete your Hizzil account, you will be able to retrieve your buying clients when you return as a member. All payments are handled through Paypal to keep our client's banking information secure.
Click anywhere on your buyer's Wishlist, in the dropdown...click Qualify Buyer. Reminder that all Wishlists must be active and qualified to be on the search.

Each lender is provided 3 loans, each with their own application link. The loan search is local and displays on a 25 mile radius from the Lender's office.
